grilled meats and veggies. no thick sauces or cream soups. look at the menu before you go, that's what i always do. that way you aren't calculating on your phone at the table for something :) no soda!

agreed with above ^ i usually do 6 small smeals but the two in between are usually snacks. some people do better this way, but some people don't have time to eat that often. i just prefer to eat something little anytime i start to get hungry again. i don't want to be ravenous by dinner and binge on everything in the house.

hello i have been doing a paleo challenge.... im on day #14 but think i'm going back to normal clean eating tomorrow. can i ask why you 'have to' do paleo? i have some yummy recipes i can pass along.
