I have recently stopped smoking and need help to keep weight down and shed 12kgs. Im just looking for support and help as am so confused with the bulk of what can i eat and can i not eat.
Would be great if anyone can guide me on this journey and share food ideas and exercise routines.

Hi ash,
if possible - homemade, homecooked meals!
no fast food or processed foods....
reduce sugars and simple carbs.
lots of veggies, fruits, and lean meat!
those are the basics mssg me with more questions if you want0 -

thanks for reply. what did you mean by reduce simple carbs? im on the lean meat and try to increase veg but am intolerant to fruit, dont ask weird i know but i get a reaction and end up in hospital with any type of fruit.
also im trying this 5 2 diet, any comments or advice on that please.
