Count me in! We'll be staying Sat-Tues for a family vacation as well. At least one of my sorority sisters from undergrad is running (maybe more), one of my vet school classmates is running, and another girl I used to work with. It'll be a reunion combined with our first ever vacation as a whole family of 5. :)

I did it! Wk 9 day 3 complete! I'm officially a C25K graduate! I'm pretty sure I'm going to continue with One Hour Runner next week. I still can't believe I actually did it!

Week 9 day 1 finished! 30 minute run felt great!

What size weights would you recommend starting with? The only strength training I've done is 100 Push Up Challenge (I'm on week 5) and 200 Sit Up Challenge (I'm on week 4.) one of my friends recommended 8, 10, 12, and 15 to start with. Does that sound good?

W7D3 complete! I ran in my new running shirt, running shorts, and running socks! Added more stretches before the run and my knee feels better. Felt strong today. Actually felt like a runner! My first race is August 20 for a 2 mile, then September 3 for a 5K! I think I can actually do this!

Wk 7 day 1 complete. 25 minutes of running! I think I'm actually going to finish!

Wk 6 day 3 done. No more walking intervals for me the rest of the program!

Wk 6 day 2 complete. I'm trying to drink more water, so it was sloshing around in my belly the whole time. Tomorrow is a 25 minute run with no walking.

I just did my 20 minute run on Thursday. It was SO much easier than I thought it would be. You can do it!

Wk5 day 3 finished! I did it! I ran the whole 20 minutes without walking! Woo hoo!

W5D2 complete! And I pushed the wrong button in my app and ended up running an extra 3 minutes. Tomorrow is my 20 minute run with no walking. Wish me luck!

Wk 5 day 1 finished! It was exhilarating! I felt like I could go longer after the workout was done. For me, a rocking playlist definitely helps. Today's soundtrack: Godsmack. Bring on the rest of the week!

Finished wk 4 day 3 today. VERY nervous about week 5.

I started w4d3 today. It was my best workout so far. I felt strong and had a great soundtrack. Nineteen minutes in my daycare called to tell me my son had a rock stuck in his ear. I'm still at the ER. I hope the second try goes better.

I did W4D1 today and I made it even though my legs are killing me (thanks to Jillian Michaels NMTZ.) And my pregnant friend always runs faster than me. Music is definitely the key for me.
