Thanks - I agree and I'm going to go with the slimdown rotation. Hopefully the variety will keep me from getting bored and I can stick with it! I can't see why it would be any less effective either... at least I'm hoping it won't be!

I want to do P90X as well but I thought it would be way to hard for me and I would just get demoralized and quit so I'm doing Power 90 first.
