I don’t say too much about it. Most commonly it is something that few people are successful and along with that come negative comments. Once they noticed then they seem to have positive things to say to you about your efforts. Only if people ask I say something otherwise I kind of keep it to myself.

I am a girly girl so I did things from; -Buying myself my favorite perfume (at 30lbs) -A new pair of pumps -Make-up -New nail polish (every 5lbs) -A new swim suit ...all the way up to a $250 dollar shopping spree from my husband for reaching my goal weight.

Yes totally agree! I lost my rings and had to g running after them. I had a huge piece of plastic to re-size them. The cold thing yes. boobs-bye bye...The rejection of fatty foods- double yes. lol.

I did Insanity and I loved it. I would also suggest to do alot of stretching and load up on protien. Also if I was to tell anyone anything about this work out is that it is crazy rough on the knees and joints. Try to land softly and try to work out on a mat if you can.
