Mostly at the end of the day or when I'm bored/a combination of the two.

I really like Express's skinny jeans. Old Navy jeans run a bit larger I think. My jeans from Express are size 8 and they've gotten too big. I was at Old Navy yesterday and tried on a pair of 6's and 8's and they were both too tight! They do stretch out quickly from my experience in the past (Old Navy jeans, that is). Also,…

My HR shot up really quickly during exercise throughout my pregnancy. She might want to take a test just to rule it out.

Congrats! I had a similar situation at Old Navy today, couldn't find a size medium in the shirt I wanted to try on so I tried on a small knowing it wouldn't fit, except, IT DID! I know Old Navy tops run large but I'm considering it a victory anyway =]. Keep up the hard work, you look great!

Great responses, thanks!! I definitely have days where I go 20-30 or so calories OVER my goal, so it probably does even out with the days that I am under. I guess I may have been over thinking it a little :)

Everyone has awesome ideas!! Thank you!!

That's awesome, congrats on your progress! I've also never been a runner, I had asthma as a kid and still struggle with it sometimes but it's getting easier now that I'm stronger and exercise regularly. I just started the C25K program last night, it was great. I was tempted to go ahead and run faster/longer but I held…

Could you use a standing desk? I just started using one yesterday and I absolutely love it. Aside from the health benefits, I also find it makes me much more productive.

What kind of monitor do you use? If you don't mind my asking, what is your weight and height? Wondering how similar my burn might be!

Cool thank you!

And at work I'll be dressing as a doctor, AKA wearing scrubs because they're basically pajamas and I'm way too excited about it.

YEP. All I want to do it sit/eat/complain....stereotypical but true, unfortunately.

Betty Boop! Red dress, red heels, gold bracelets, gold hoop earrings, red lipstick, red nails, curled hair, done!

Do you mean that you do it every 3 weeks? I only consider wearing the same outfit every time because all of my clothes make my body look different. Thanks for the tips!

I switched from caramel macchiattos and other fatty starbucks drinks to plain coffee with a splash of fat free milk. I'm currently working on quitting soda!

A stranger asking if I was pregnant, 14 months after my daughter was born. This was after I'd lost most of the weight! She then laughed and said haha I'm just kidding! (I was 140lbs at the time and didn't think I looked bad!)

I've never heard of the kind of body type before. Where can you research that?

Again for me too! I joined MFP in April 2013 after my daughter was born to help me lose weight before my November 2013 wedding. I weighed between 135-140lbs (5'3") before getting pregnant and I reached 200lbs during my pregnancy. After giving birth to a 9lb baby I lost about 20 pounds in the hospital. I weighed right…

If you eat healthy foods you don't need to diet. I'm sure the "juice diet" would help you lose weight, but eventually the weight would come right back because that isn't a sustainable diet that you can do for the rest of your life. Veggies, fruits, protein, complex carbs, water. (and the occasional cheat meal when you've…

I can't speak to the matter of endemetriosis, but it sounds to me like you need to switch up your routine. Whenever you body gets used to the activity you have been doing - you stop burning calories as efficiently. Not to say you can't continue walking, but maybe you could try a different route that has more hills, or you…

Your topic says "help" but you don't ask for help. Instead, you publicly shame yourself and let me tell you - that will NOT help you! Everyone has those days when they can't get to the gym, whether it's in their mind or it's a reality. You might not be able to get to the gym, but you can always do some basic exercises at…
