I agree with what everybody else on here has said. Also, if you have extra calories for the day, have an extra Cinch shake. The ingredients in it are designed to help your muscles recover... it has some of those amino acids.

I like Shaklee 180. They are great. I think protein shakes are also great because you can add fruit to them to make a great smoothie. It could be bloating. If its bloated "elephant" belly, then my suggestion is to drink more water. Perhaps cut down your sodium intake and eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Keep track of the things you do and for how long. For example, for one of my exercise videos, I count 10 minutes kickboxing, 10 minutes general aerobics, 6 minutes of weight traning, and 5 minutes of stretching.

Look for a seamstress! Ask around to your other teacher friends. Do they know a good seamstress with reasonable prices? I found that a co-worker's mom does very good work. Both seamstresses I have had charge $10 or less for altering pants or taking in dresses.

I take Shaklee vitamin B... as well as an energy tea sometimes. Never any of those pills... they are not good for you. My protein shakes help with energy too. I also really like the idea of apples and bananas!

I am taking Shaklee protein powder. They have two kinds, Energizing Soy and Cinch. Both are good, but Cinch tastes better, so I usually use the cinch. I like mixing it with plain yogurt. Anyhow, their products have no artificial color, sweeter or preservatives. And it is made with Non-gmo soy. I love it.

My first 5k was 36:06. My second one I just completed a couple of weekends ago. My time was 31:02! I was surprised because I didn't think I was that fast.
