Mine has been the same. It’s been 3-4 weeks since it’s synced. I’ve been been logging my calories here. Then I check Fitbit to asee how many I’ve burned that day.

However, I am using both apps. Entering all my food and making suite its 500 less than I burned.

My steps and calories are not synced. I have a Fitbit charge 2 my husband has charge 3. His is synced.

I'm not always 100% clean. But trying to get there. I can be your friend. My goals right now are to cut out excess sugar. Only natural sugar right now. And I have to choose between meat and cheese. If I eat meat, no fatty cheese and vice versa.

So TOM came to visit. Every time he comes, well it's not pretty. I might not weigh myself this week, because I usually just get discouraged, even though I know it's hormones.

My little girl is 9 months now. She is starting on table food. I just give her a little bit of what we eat. she doesn't do well with meat yet. But she loves cereal, noodles, veggies and fruits. We ate Chinese. I gave her some of the noodles, she loved them.

I have been using Shaklee 180. It has leucine, which is an amino acid that helps muscles recover after a workout. Most times I use it as meal replacement, but its also wonderful as a recovery drink after a hard workout. I also enjoy that fact that they have 4 flavors instead of just chocolate and vanilla!

I like all cottage cheeses I have tried. I enjoy making a cottage cheese salad, with cucumber, green pepper, and some cherry tomatoes, sometimes a bit of Italian seasoning. Very yummy on top of a serving of wheat thin crackers!
