Fantastic story...what inspiration! What goal weight did you make it to?

Thank you so much! My goal weight was originally 150 pounds (and as a woman who is 5'2" that is not a tiny person). My goal wasn't to be thin, but to be strong, and of course healthy. As I kept losing but building more muscle I just couldn't seem to get below 157ish and have been around that weight since July but my body has kept changing. I finally said I didn't care about the weight but the % body fat, and when I stopped stressing the number and gave the extra push, I found I was able to take off those couple pounds. I'm 149 now (I can't believe I'm in the 140's!) and I still could lose a little more but I also could care less if I don't. My body is healthy and strong and I realized along the way that my goal wasn't about a number on the scale, it was about experiencing health and vitality and I absolutely have done that, and will maintain the lifestyle.

I saw some of you ask what I did and about the toning. I spend a lot of time at the gym and for the last year, I spent more than half of it working twice a week with my personal trainer. I stopped training a couple months ago and now do classes like Cardio Kick and Total Body Sculpt which really help to build and maintain definition in my muscles. I also love spinning, yoga, and go for an occasional run.

Thanks for all the encouragement and support everyone!
