  • Crossing fingers Im accepted:) I love this idea
  • Definitely Hit you tube I like Be fit channel myself especially the Jillian Micheals ones like 30 day shred ( 30 min) Good luck my friend
  • Personally. I weigh in once a week, but another part of trends other than same scale, same time of day, is clothes, if u wear a thin night gown one morning and jeans the next the weights wil be off more, i often forget for a few min then have a mi,u freak before i realize some mornings. But good luck
  • I am no expert but that is fairly close to were i started. 170 is a good range to be in on a workout, now if you start to range higher than 200 then id start pacing yourself a bit. But that is only being overly cautious, personally. I have a heart thing and i frequent 200 on a hard work out even now without bad…
  • I'm a big fan of fruit as a snack It's high fiber to make you full low calories example one apple is 65 cal a cup,one cup of strawberries is 50 cal I also like Greek yogurt (dannon light and fit is 80 cal a cup) as well as low salt ritz and laughing cow light cheese wheels total 75cal raw veges are good too if you like…
  • Im a 40 H myself and most "big" bust bras were never in my size either But I third the shock absorber I got mine on amazon for like $55 and It provides the support needed for my big girls ( and machine washable Fabulous feature :glasses: ) good luck
  • Well you can't really go strictly by internet measurements b/c most go by the BMI which is more off the bigger you are ( frame and height etc) personally I believe your measurements are evened out very well its more the ratio of hip to waist to bust rather than the inches them selves. That much of a dip for the waist means…
  • I'm 5ft 6.5 inches SW 255lbs size 22pants and XXXLg top ( chest was a DDD cup am not measuring cuz i may lose motivation if I see how much chest i lose) CW 215lbs size in between 22 and 20 pants size depending on brand( at this weight b4 baby was at 18 in pants weird) GW 170 lbs and be 18-20 size pants ( my hips got big…
  • ummm. I dont think so, if you put in you exercise into the TDEE calculations then you are supposed to eat the 1690 daily regardless of exercise day or not. however by the same token if you are wanting to use these numbers and eat back calories I would sugesst setting you goal as "maintain " and set the calories at custom…
  • Hiya some of these sound really good. will have to try them, as for my snacks it depends on how much calorie i have to work with low cal choices: 3 slices of hard salami ( good iorn and protein) 100 cal fruit (apples strawberries or grapes) 68-98 cal spoon of peanut butter 100-120 cal dannon light and fit Greek yogurt 80…
  • I think I get what your saying and yes if you use the TDEE as your numbers then enter it in as your maintenance goal on MFP and don't log your exercise OR you can enter your BMR as your maintaining under MFP and log exercise since other than work outs you said you were fairly inactive. third option is use the standard MFP…
  • Same here. drank 5 gallons of water in like 10 min on a bet kept up chucking for 45 min after so not worth the win. :noway: But agree not intoxication, just body trying to balance.
  • I dont log my sparkling flavor water cuz its listed as 0 cal. and any herbs/spice I add ( which i add alot) all it really adds is salt. as a general rule I try to stay at 200 cal less than my alotment for inaccurate logging so I dont sweat it
  • Interesting question. Most don't worry about logging sex as a "work out" due to low calorie burn. If you wear a heart rate monitor I suppose you could log it as your own workout that you make and enter the calories averaged. However even if its a 2 hour event and you do the work you may average a 100 calories an hour and…
  • Ive gotten really good results with Leslie and cutting out soda. i have the 5 mile tone it up. i started 2 mile and worked up to five miles and higher bands. lost 30lbs and lost 6.5 inches around waist alone :) highly recommend have fun
  • Ive been wondering the same thing.
  • While i agree it is "possible" to lose that much i would not advise it because of how harsh that will be on your system. ( much more likely to come back quick) on the amount of calories per day I can offer my experience. I chase after a 2 yr old all day so i stay fairly active ( he's very curious) but before my fitness pal…
  • you sound pretty active as is, and yes resistance/strength training could help you loose that last bit, It doesn't mean you have to join a gym to get it. there are plenty of article/ posts here about it if you are confused on anything, but I like utube you could find a 15-30 min weightlifting or resistance band routine you…
  • I agree you have to find what you like and stay consistent. Personally I do 5 mile power walk every other day( 2 yr old permitting) and include some resistance band training, but I'm growing out of the bands I have fast and will be upping to a set of adjustable dumbbells soon,my belly flab is going down slowly (2 inches on…
  • Personally I would set it at the lowest level to start, chasing kids and riding a horse dont tend to get your heart rate up enough to really make enough difference, besides its error on the side of caution, you add your 30 min routine to the exercise section and you bump up calorie for the day anyways. I found I got better…
  • sad to say there really is no way to over come it. you just crunch/pull/stretch as much as you can, as long as you are maintaining pace you will burn the calories and it will slowly start to melt off, I had similar problem. my belly is still to big for my liking but I was trying to do the knee lifts with arm pulling down…
  • he has only 30min to an hour to exercise, and hes not to big on leaving his truck unattended but given his height that is prob. the only way to get a cardio work out, maybe with step counter he could get up some mile count. I beleive he was hoping for something he could do in the truck like a vid the way i do.
  • sorry to say this but their is really no way anyone can answer this question for you. If you dislike your body odds are you will always dislike it. the only think that can be done to change this perception is your actions and thoughts, Personally I would make a list, of things you like and dont like a bout your body. I…
  • yes and no Yes because you are staying close to your calorie goal :) difficult to do, and your carbs look pretty close too No because the take out is killing your numbers, Id try sodium at 3000 and not a drop more Upbeat tip : protein when it breaks down doesn't store in the body like everything else you could eat alot of…
