Compression shorts. Body glide works well but you'll need to reapply it every so often depending on how much you're sweating.

Mine ranges from 5k to 25k. Is that too big of a swing?
-
How do you feel about running a 5k or a 10k?
-
Divide by 3. Just put ".333" in the quantity of milk.

That's not shabby at all. The only reason people question the times before is that while running a 20 minute 5k is a pretty good goal for most fit people, each 30 seconds or so that you drop off of that takes an exponential amount of effort. Going from 22 minutes 20 minutes is really hard work. Getting from 20 down to 18…

Oh, I have a mixture of Under Armor and Nike compression shorts.

Are you wearing these under other shorts or on their own? (Guys, don't do this. Please, only girls can wear compression shorts alone) If you're wearing these as outer wear then you might want to get some name brand stuff. Otherwise it doesn't make a huge difference. Some of the better brands do seem to last longer but the…

Yup yup. That's me. I generally eat a lot of the same things so I basically know about where I am based on what I ate.

See why she's worried? She can do a 5k in 14:14 at that pace so she doesn't want to lose any fitness.

Worrying about plastic touching food is an unnecessary boogeyman. Warming things up in plastic might be a valid concern but I wouldn't fret about it outside of this issue. Popping aluminum foil into the microwave is a bigger concern.

Yup yup. You're kicking assy so keep doing what you're doing. That's great progress. I know it's slower than what you'd like to see but it's honestly really really good. You can do it. Just keep in mind that it is easier to lose weight when you're over weight quite a bit. The closer you get to your goal the longer it's…

Not that I know of. Why? What have you heard?

BMI as a goal is a joke. Mine is around 29 I think. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

I thought this place was for support? You just need to be patient and don't do anything drastic. You don't need to lose 2 pounds a week to call it success and you're not likely to lose weight every single week.

I'm a cisgendered hedərəˈsekSH(əw)əl.

You know, they do that on purpose? It doesn't accidentally happen. No matter how many miles you run you only lose weight if you're on a calorie deficit.
-
If you're having a difficult time losing weight then having a very restrictive diet won't make things easier.

This would be used mostly in an urban environment but I do use an easier crushed limestone trail from time to time. Essentially I like to run a lot of miles an her knee won't support more than 3 miles. This would let her ride along so it's going to be pretty easy to keep up with a 9:00 - 10:00 mile on her bike. I'm…

Nice looking bikes. Thanks! I really like how these look.

Have you tried eating food off of your partner?

Hey, we're all here to give you hell. It's the least we can do. :flowerforyou:

This place is very supportive and the varying opinions are what makes it great. I don't think that qualifies as an attack.

Your dietitian had to consult 2 other dietitians in order to determine if Shakeology was right for you? Was it that difficult to determine if Shakeology was good or not or is your dietitian just a middle man for actual dietitians?

To be fair, chocolate is difficult to get a good flavor out of in a lot of brands. You'll just have to shop around to find one that you like if this is the flavor. I typically go for vanilla or cookies and cream. The Muscle Milk chocolate flavor isn't too bad. I've heard a lot of people rave about Trutein but I haven't…

I felt pretty much the same way. Are the Shakeology shakes bad? Not at all. Nothing wrong with them. I just think they're charging twice as much as what the competition charges for a similar product and it doesn't have any magical woo to make you less hungry. I like EAS. I'm currently using CytoSport's Muscle Milk. Either…

Another great first post.
