I only lose about 0.5-1Lb a week! so don't feel discouraged cuz I feel the same at times..your doing great just keep up with the exercise and limit sodium intake maybe ur retaining water.. sometimes when we workout we need to eat more calories in able for our body to function better and burn fat, watch your carbs and fat…

Don't give up..i always feel the same way..one day i would gain 5 lbs..then lose 3 lbs..then gain again..it could just be water weight at times so don't worry. Think Positive and you will achieve your goal!Lets do it together..always look at the carbs and fat portion of your food diary...i would not like to go over those…

I have a MIO kind of HRM and i just go to the timer and then hold the reset button for about 5 sec and it wld reset automatically..i dont know how yours actually works..sorry..

Try counting your heart rate for one full minute after each workout and go to this website: http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm Log in all your info including heart rate, age weight etc....hope that helps!

You will need to know what your heart rate is tho...so a Heart rate monitor is probably best! Get the one that tracks burnt calories too...or if your on a tight budget just count your heart rate for a minute during workouts and go the website I told u earlier..good luck!

yea its just water..i had Pho on Valentines too and I only ate a portion of it..its not so bad on calories for as long as we dont finish the entire bowl or just burn it after by working out.. so no need to worry..
