Hello Everyone!

My friend is the one that found this site, and I figure, the more support the better. I have been down this road before and with much sadness I gained back about 60 of the 100 pounds that I lost due to my own stupid self. Well, I guess it is because I was going about it the first time the wrong way. I went to a doctor who gave me Phentermine pills as a weight loss medication. Yes, I lost the weight very fast, but I learned nothing on how to keep it off. This time around I want to do it the correct way. So, here goes nothing.

    Thanks everyone.

    I just really need to stick with this. My father is getting remarried in June and I REFUSE to be the size that I am now at his wedding. Also last week I found myself a new dog. He is a 1 year old black lab & he keeps my outside tons more than I was.
