They have to cut my gums up top open and scrape the bone down. Its very painful but due to an accident when I was little I have had alot of problems with it. And they do it while Im awake. Scared to get it done again since I know what to expect this time. Its real hard to eat nearly anything.

My husband got the rack for Christmas. But instead of ordering off TV I went to target and get it. 100 bucks, and comes with dvd's. He loves it. I have not started on it yet but plan to.

My mother had this problem and come to find out it was her thyroid. Something that can also cause weight gain. Have your doc test you for it.

Years ago there was a perscription phen phen. Yes it worked great but the fda yanked it. You cant get it now. But it was wonderful.

It all depends on your rate and your pulse. Someone heavier will burn more calories sitting still. I only use mine for workouts.

I also forgot to suggest looking up crock pot recipes. You can make eggs in them all the way to cake. THere is alot you can do with that nifty little thing.
