Use a food scale. Weight is the most accurate way to measure. If 1 serving is 1.3oz according to the package then measure to that.

Too true. The console market has to further (or fully) embrace digital distribution. Failure to adapt will lead to the death of consoles. Had a great and unexpected time with it. I enjoyed the MMO elements a lot and am glad they chose to implement multiplayer into the campaign. Nothing like being cornered and then having a few friendlies show up to save your *kitten*. I'm excited to see what changes in the beta.

Finally played the tutorial. Fun stuff. Shooting mechanics are really good and fairly crisp. The game looks great and it was fun to see the characters from the TV show make a cameo. Not sure if I'd get the full game though. Most of my time in April will be spent on Injustice.

I was beyond disappointed when the first screenshots of the game made their way onto the Internet but now that some video and the storyline is out there I'm excited. The battles look amazing and if the story mode works the way that is has been reported, it should be a lot of fun. As a DC fan, it is a must play for me.

Take measurements and do yourself a favor; hide your scale for about a month. Remeasure and then weigh yourself. Stepping on the scale daily will drive you mad as you will see little to no change on a daily basis. It would be impossible to get a true gauge of your calorie burn without a heart rate monitor. If you want something close, go with aerobics, vigorous effort.

That 2200 calories has to be coupled with exercise. Almost all dieticians will tell you not to lose more than 2 pounds per week. Maybe you can look into a veggie supplement like Greens Plus or Turbo Greens. It's a bunch of veggies ground up into a powder you can drink. They add some flavor so they don't taste too bad. Then all you have to worry about is your entrees.
