I take Centrium A to Z. Some times instead of multivitamin, I take Nature Made Super B complex. I also take Nature made Vitamin D tablet, as my vitamin D level was very low.

Cardio Cardio Cardio....Also have you tried One on One Training with Jackie Warner. She has 20 min lower body workout which is really intense. Good workout for inner, outer thighs, glutes, butt whole lower body...I was so sore then next day that I could not walk lol.

I am an Indian vegetarian. I eat a lot of lentils, beans, yogurt, Milk, nuts etc. Since I have been of MFP I have seen that I am not meeting the daily protein requirement when I exercise. So I have started drinking protein shakes.

I used to log it under circuit training. But now I have got a HRM so I will get a better idea of how many calories I burned exactly. Good luck with 30 days shred. Its a great workout.

I am 5 ft 2". About 3 years back I was my heaviest at 175 lbs. I did lot of cardio- treadmill & elliptical. I have lost about 30 lbs. My goalis to reduce 20-25 lbs more now. Now a days I do cardio & I am also doing 30 days shred by Jillian Micheals & its a great workout for whole body.
