    Goal 360 minutes week of 8/1/11:

    Mon: Rest Day
    Tue: 80 min of total workout 45 min=elliptical & treadmill & 35 min =walk
    Wed: 50 min of total workout including 45 min of walk & run on treadmill & 5 min of weight training

    Sat:
    Sun:

    230 min remaining..

    Tuesday - 56 minutes = 384 calories burned
    Wednesday - 93 minutes = 618 calories burned

    211 minutes remaining -- 1500-2500 calories more to burn

    a little late, but i am back :) so glad to see some newbies and as always the tried and true :)

    i forgot to post on sunday for last week...i ended with 436 minutes/2126 calories

    monday: 2.6 mile walk 41/164
    tuesday: 2.75 mile run 28/248
    wednesday: 3.25 mile run 34/294

    total so far: 103 minutes/706 calories
    to go: 257 minutes/1794 calories

    OoO...only 2 more days...will I make it? It's gonna be a nail-biter!!!

    Friday = nuttin.... carb loaded for my morning run...
    Saturday = 125 minutes running/cool down = 1313 calories GONE!

    So far... 375 minutes this week and said b-bye to 3072 calories!!! I may add to this later, but I'll be doing something Sunday for sure. Just wanted to check in!

    Total so far is 375 minutes, not sure what if anything I am going to do tomorrow. I need to do 35 min DVD if nothing else. I know I have a convention coming up Friday thru Sunday of next week so I probably will not get much in those days. Next week to make sure I get my 360 I will need to do 70 to 90 min M - Thurs. If cool in mornings I take a walk at convention 30 min a day.

    Total calories burned - 388+

    I have been down from a horrible virus. I also just spend 4 days in WI Dells. Lots of walking and waterpark stairs to keep me busy. New week tomorrow....but, still ill.
