Did you adjust the macro settings % in MFP under "Goals"? The simple version is free for the extended info you have the buy the premium upgrade. Or install and use the Foodfastfit. app to show the grams and netcarbs.

For the last two weeks, I have stayed under my daily limit but went over carb 15g limit. While MFP says if continued I will lose weight. The scale, however, doesn't budge but the measuring tape says I'm losing some cm. Think I have to go back to more smoothies and shakes in my daily meals.
