I am 5'11 190 lbs. I lost 30 lbs last year and gained it all back and now am having a lot of trouble refinding my motivation ! Would love to have someone to talk to throughout the day to remind each other of our goals and our own power !

    Hi, I am 5"6, lost a few kg since I started keto but must lose more as well as keep up ketosis to reverse diabetes. So sure could use a buddy, you can add me.
