Yea, I reckon it might be the way forward for me. I have no problem with a disciplined diet, but hey, it might as well include as many foods that you love as possible. The Keto diet looks like the kind of sh1t I'm into!!!

I eat 1200 - 1600 calories a day. Depends on my appetite, if ive worked out, if im stressed etc.

I assume you are losing weight? I think its perfectly fine to adopt a strategy of cutting out some foods to lose weight. As long as you are aware that this cannot be forever. Don't be too hard on yourself. 8 pounds in 3 weeks is great!! Its a slow process. And the slower it comes off the more likely it is to stay off. A lot of dirty calories in your diary. Much easier to accurately track clean calories. Your diet is the problem. You need to do some research on the foods you should be eating, when to eat and how much protein, fat, carbs should be clocked up daily.

I think you may need to up your calories. Now, I am one to talk. I'd say our calorie intake is quite similar. I am 5 4, weigh 128 pounds and eat 1200 - 1400 calories a day give or take. I feel tired quite a bit too. But I know its because I'm eating at a calorie deficit. And now queue the haters giving off about freaking…
