I count all my walking as exercise, use a phone app like MapMyFitness or Endomondo there are others that you can link to MFP to keep track, I now have a FitBit as well that also counts how many steps I do a day, it motivates you to do more. I do not go to the gym or anything else.

I started with the FitBit Zip a month ago got so addicted to it that I used my Birthday money to upgraded to the One a couple of days ago so I can track stair climbing and sleep. Wished I'd gone with the One in the first place ~ I was able to get it for the same price as the Zip ~ Awesome little gadgets!

Can I count flavoured water both still and sparkling as part of my Hydr8 as I struggle with the plain stuff? Whoops! wrote this before reading the post sorry!

Just wanted to say a big thank for keeping these groups going. I found them motivational when they first started. I've missed the last few but I'm now ready to get back on the treadmill. Bring it on!
