Try munching on some carrot sticks and celery. It gives you that munching feeling and also can fill you up. Try other fibery things like apples . The fiber can help fill you up.

Loosing weight can cause hair loss you might be deficent in a vitamin. I would see your Primary care doctor and have some blood work done to see if any vitamins in your body are deficient. Vitamin B12 is one that is common in people loosing weight.

I switched to chobani quite some time ago. I like it because it is organic and in the six ounce container it is 140 calories and has 14 grams of protein. Protein helps you to burn fat. I love the pineapple it is so good. I hope I was helpful.

This is a hard time your going through right now. I often find journaling helps. Try to find someone who you know will listen to you. You need to remember to see what you are burning for calories. When you excercise you need to refuel your body. You have your regular calories and then your net calories so be sure to watch that closely.
