I think tracking is the best!!!! Very rarely do people hold themselves accountable to not only the things we do, but also the things we DONT do. This is the best way to get results, the equation is easy........less calories IN more calories OUT.

AMAZING BREAKFAST: 1/4 - 1/2 cup Quick Oats Double the amount of milk to oats..... Microwave for 2 minutes Throw in some of your favorite fruit (I use frozen fruit to cool the oatmeal) Best, most filling breakfast.....enjoy darling.
