Yep, been logging food and activity for the last several years. It helped me to lose 30lbs. This is a great site and community.

I know it is silly to deduce it to the multivitamin, but to have my clothes feel tighter has been discouraging. You're right, daily fluctuations.. Sigh.

I've trained for 2 years. I don't wear a heart rate monitor when training but suspect if you are rolling 100% you can burn somewhere between 500-1000kcals depending on how long you roll for, how hard you go, etc. I'm always exhausted by the time I leave.

Such a thorough answer! I love it, I've been googling "how to firm your face after weight loss" and it gives some whacky answers. I will definitely try this!

I used to be on the pill for about 10 years and then switched to a non-hormonal type. I guess after all this time I forgot what it was like in the beginning. Thank you for your reply, RuthieCass, I'm trying to be patient and trying to not eat so many sweets... I have such a weakness for them. :)

I'm 5'4$" and my GW is 120-125, I'm currently 139. But as some have said, I wanna see how I feel and definitely don't want to lose too much.

I love this community. My boyfriend Ianthe type that loses weight very easily and I'm not. At all. He thinks I'm a little obsessed but he sees that this is working for me and is supportive because of that.

Congratulations! I plateaued about 2 months ago, so frustrating. But, I increased my calories and whaddaya know, 2 pounds gone just like that!

Ugh. If I had unlimited funds and could decide on what I want, I'd add more. Just got my most recent one last month, and am hoping for a rib piece sometime this year. I've got 5 so far, and I feel like I may be running out of space for "work appropriate" areas. Thankfully Seattle can be fairly relaxed in terms of jobs +…

I am told I severely over pronate. I'm loving my books Trace 10s. Has anyone else noticed that Asics changed their arches? I love mine but get a blister if I go more than 5 miles on right arch.
