Wow! You have my goal body! You look great. And yes, weight and body composition is a weird thing. My sister and I talk about this all the time as she is 2 inches taller than me and weighs about 15 pounds LESS, yet I wear a size smaller than she does currently. It's crazy!

Within a couple of weeks, I have went from only doing 80 to 100 lateral pull-downs with 50 pound weights (yes, I'm a wimp) to doing 125 tonight. And I am back to fitting into my pre-winter jeans size.

This gives me hope! You all look great!

lol! Tequila would probably do the trick! I am 5' and 180. I wear a size 12 jeans and large top. I have a very weird body height/weight wise. (My sister is 5'2 and weighs about 165 and wears a 12 or 14.) I had a tummy tuck 6 years ago so my belly is pretty tight, although not totally flat now, I have no loose skin there.…

Great story and weight loss! It really amazes and inspires me to see someone lose that much weight when I struggle to just get 30 pounds off. Keep it up. You are looking wonderful!

You don't even look like the same person! Beautiful!

I have used it a couple times but it really hurts my lower back so I quit. I have to be doing something wrong. I hope someone else adds to this.

Try looking up some information about D-Chiro-Inositol. I have PCOS and have been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks now and have lost 3 to 4 pounds already. I haven't been hungry like I normally was and I do work out a few days a week. I have been watching the carbs and sugar (although I still have some) and eating…

Wow! Great results!

I bought mine at ChiralBalance.com. Its a little pricey, $60 for a one month supply (if you take two pills a day) but if you use the code PCOSCHALLENGE, it takes almost $10 off. You can find it cheaper, but the dosage is lower so I guess it evens itself out. I am very picky about any medications or supplements I take…

I have PCOS and have a terrible time losing weight. Limiting carbs is the only thing that works for me and even then it is still a major struggle to lose any weight. I do still eat some carbs because I feel so tired without them. However, I found a supplement called D-Chiro-Inositol and I have lost about 3 to 4 pounds in…

What huge difference! It looks like much more than 50some pounds. Great job, girl!

I have this problem every month. I don't know how many pounds I gain because I don't have a scale, but my belly gets so bloated I almost look pregnant. And I crave sweets terribly. I am ovulating now and ended up eating two pastries today. It's awful to go through every month. But after my period, my belly flattens back…

Guess I need to break out the old tape measure.....

Thank you. Will do!

 I should have said that I hate doing (most) workout videos. I think it's because I'm so uncoordinated and hate having to try to keep up with other people. I'm am an exercise loner. lol

Sometimes I wonder if I eat too few calories. I have a terribly hard time taking weight off but when I start working out, I can tell I lose inches and kind of reshape my body. And you are right, the inches are more important than the weight.

I am 5', big thighs and butt, hourglass shape. I generally wear a 12 short (although I'm wearing a 14 now due to weight gain this winter). I get all my jeans at American Eagle or Maurices. Maurices has extra short too but you generally have to order them online or they will order them for you in the store.

Thanks. I hate doing cardio. The squats and lunges definitely get my heart rate up.

Wow! You look great! Good job!

Great job! I have PCOS also and losing even a pound is a struggle.

My gynecologist diagnosed me with PCOS and referred me to in endocrinologist. The endo suggested low carb (basically a diabetic type of diet since many people with PCOS become insulin resistant). He also gave me Metformin, which I can not take.
