I have posted before my success story but I feel like sharing it with you guys again! I'm a young adult that gained a lot of weight on my first semester of college. Struggling with cooking my meals.. I decided to always eat take outs. So much that I went from 170 to 200 in 4 months.. I was never really skinny. I was at 130 wen I was 12.. I'm 5'6 and weigh about 150 now. All of this has been thanks to MFP. Here I learned how to eat right. I started counting my calories everyday for the past year. I will admit that recently I haven't been sticking too much with MFP. I became inactive but I am back~ I am now interested in toning up! I went from 200lbs to 150. Below are pictures of my progress. I hope it inspires you. I couldn't have done this without all those people that post on this forum. I was amazed by how much weight everyone lost. Thank you. :flowerforyou:

I was fifteen on the left one. I was always over-weight was a child. and on the right that would be me this January.

here's another comparison--

Left one was last year. The right one was 2 months into my diet. My face was starting to change.

The difference 20 lbs. makes is the difference between night and day.

I bet the start of the journey was addicting with how quickly you could see results and the feedback from people around you. Keep it up!

I gained a lot of weight in a short period of time right before camera phones came along. Losing weight now and getting into shape, I've discovered an addiction to selfies. It's sad... but true.
