I do it many times a day everyday! As long as you realize it does fluctuate I really don't see the harm. Sometimes I flip the bird to the scale and all is well!! :laugh:

I totally weigh myself everyday (sometimes more than once :embarassed ) but my official weigh that I count is every Monday morning. I find I do better on weekends if I weigh in on Mondays!

I know when I stop losing it is generally due to sodium! I try and keep my sodium around 1500 a day and it really seems to make a difference. You can add sodium to your diary so you can keep an eye on it!

When I started trying to lose weight I decided to continue having a few on the weekends because I know if I changed everything drastically it wouldn't work. I have beers a couple of nights a week and I am still losing weight. I also keep my calories in check those days and workout more!:drinker:

I LOVE Kempo too! I;m following the lean program, but find the days I'm on Kempo I really don't mind doing it!

I just started week 5!!!! The first week or so is awful, but it does get better. I really look forward to telling Tony that I hate him but I love him everyday!!:laugh:

I agree!!! You have to realize that it is soo important to take time for yourself! My kids are 5 & 7 and I either work out with them or tell them mommy needs some time. I think the biggest reason women gain weight after children is we always feel guilty taking time for us!

:smile: I completely agree!! This is the first time in years that I am finally doing it for ME!! And it feels great!!! I was also worried about failing at first so I didn't do any pics or measurements and now I am so wishing that I did!! Stick to it and remember that you need to take care of yourself!

I just peeked at your diary and it kind of looks like not all the sodium is up. Pretty much any bread will have sodium as well as potatoe wedges< i'm no expert but I think maybe some of the items are innacurate.

Same thing here! It started creeping and creeping after 30! I joined MFP in Feb. and love it! All together I'm down 20lbs!!! Good Luck!! :smile:

I am so hating the sodium!!!:mad: It's in everything and way too much. I'm not even sure how to really cut back. I don't add salt to anything but I can't afford to buy everything fresh and not packaged. Any suggestions would be appreciated! :smile:

I have a mirena iud and do think it's great, but I think you need to talk to another doctor. I was told that mirena is ONLY for women who have already had children. I would hate to see something happen to you. As for your question I don't think it made me gain anymore weight than I did prior to getting it! :smile:
