When you log these meals into MFP, are you over or under your daily calorie goal? My thought is that even when traveling, meals, snacks, and beverages can be logged.

I prefer to do my exercise in the morning. Finish it by 7am M-F. Then it s done, no matter what else ones up during the day.

How about a yummy hearty veggie soup? I think hot soup is a good breakfast on a chilly morning.

My home remedies are a cup of strong coffee. Or about a tablespoon of molasses. Put the molasses on your morning oatmeal.

I like to add molasses, cinnamon, banana, and maybe a few raisins.

If u think dairy ,might be your problem, then just stop eating it for a period of time, like 2-4 weeks. U should know in that time frame if u feel better, or no change at all.

I recommend leftover frittata. I think it tastes the best at room temperature. No microwave needed!

I think the food scale will do wonders for u. Now that you are down so much weight, your margin for error is much smaller, hence the suggestion to improve the accuracy of your food logging. You won’t regret it!

From what I understand, hibiscus tea is a folk remedy and it it thought to be a diuretic, so if true, I guess it could help with high blood pressure. Maybe?

Unsulphured blackstrap molasses. 1 Tablespoon has 20% of your daily iron needs. Add it to your oatmeal at breakfast. This will help you. And eat something with a little vitamin C at most meals or snacks. Vit C boosts your bodys ability to absorb the iron in your food.

Yes I eat mostly carbs and down about 50 pounds. Oatmeal for breakfast, rice and vegies for lunch, pasta for dinner. Stay within your calorie limit, learn to make some smart swaps, and u will lose weight!

For a sweet treat, you could try dried fruit. Pineapple and dates are my favorite. But for sure, portion control is still important with dried fruit.

One of my favorite things to drink other than water is cold herbal tea. There are so many good flavors. Mint, peach, hibiscus...the list goes on and on. you can drink it unsweetened or add a little sweetener according to your taste.

Menu 1- I might choose the salmon entree depending on what comes with it. Menu 2- I might pair the minestrone soup with a slice or 2 of pizza.
