I agree, I am currently training, and probably could use the carbs in that respect. However the author of the article that I posted, works out quite often and seemed to have very few problems after the carb flu.

I have been ovo-lacto vegetarian for over a year now, and per the book, i'm cutting man made grains out of diet, in addition to considering dropping dairy completely. I have been a follower of No Meat Athlete for about the same time, this book seems in line with what he is preaching.

Thanks every on, I tend to soak my beans over night and change the water twice before pressure cooking :). This cuts down on the gas factor tremendously.
