Restarted my journey back to healthier living in April 2023 at the heaviest I've ever been. I still have a long way to go, but have broken my goals down into 10lbs segments, so that it doesn't feel quite so overwhelming. I also try to focus on my weekly losses and how they've gradually added up cumulatively, rather thanβ¦

I would love to join too please. I did send a request, but it took 3 attempts to send, so I'm not sure if it went through or not. Thanks.

Definitely start strength training as soon as you can if you're losing weight, as it most definitely will help counteract the risk of losing muscle as you lose fat.

I'm 5'2" and have set my goal at around 126lbs. Lost weight previously and was around that so I know if I'm also toned it's a good weight for me. I'm not so pent up on how many lbs I actually weigh though... more how I look. Toned muscle weighs heavier than fat, but I'll re-evaluate nearer my goal.

Finally checking in... soz bit late... last weekend was super busy. Bit disappointed to see the scales go the wrong way... but hopefully they'll be nice again this week and give me a loss. Hope you're all having a great week... stick at it... it will be worth it!! π Oct 01(SW) - 215.4lbs Oct 08 - 216lbs β¬οΈ +0.6lbs Oct 15 -β¦

I'm 49 and just recently restarted... so I too would love some more active friends to both celebrate and commiserate with on this journey. So please feel free to add me too.

I restarted a couple of weeks ago and am looking to lose about 100lbs too. Although I'm not even thinking about that figure at the moment... just trying to keep motivated by focusing on the lbs lost. I have set myself 10lb goals to begin with, so it seems less daunting! But I know that slowly they will all add up! I'd loveβ¦

Just back from hols. Thank you @kayjosh2422, I will look forward to resuming with you all again in the future for another challenge. π x

Alas, I did't accomplish much, but doing this at least helped me stop completely going off the rail. I'm on hols from Saturday, so will come back and get back to it. Would love to do another challenge with you all the future. Thank you for all you do and hope it won't be too long for you before your house is sorted out.

I also usually weigh on a Saturday, so this was 31 March's weight. SW 227.6 GW 199.6

Hi All, So much going on at the beginning of the year that I fell off the wagon big style. Kept weighing in, otherwise I think that the damage would have been even worse! I've got to get back to basics to begin with... logging my food daily and eating within my calorie zig-zag limit. I also need to start getting someβ¦
-
Yes please, that would be great to join you again for another challenge to get me back on the straight and narrow. Lots going on the beginning of year, so I'm about back to where I started. But ready to start logging my food again and hopefully dropping some of these lbs.
-
A new year... a new start again, so yes definitely in to join you all. :)
-
Me too... I'm back to trying again and get these scales back down!
-
@kayjosh2422, it's been a big fail for me too. I went on holiday in August, then have found it difficult to get on track again. So I would love to join you all for another challenge as it would help me become accountable again. :) Aww, I hope you get to the bottom of it @1crvygrl. Maybe worth getting your thyroid checkedβ¦

Just joined too... so look forward to joining you all.

Would love to join you all too. Have fallen off the wagon a bit the last few months... due to lots going on in life. But very keen to get back to being accountable again. So thanks for keeping this going.
-
In again too... I usually track on Saturday's so will update accordingly from then.
-
I'm in again and have just added my name to the bottom of spreadsheet, as I don't think I was transferred. I've been a bit lazy the last few months, so look forward to this to help me get motivated again. :)
-
Definitely in again too... been a bit lazy the last few months, so need to start being serious again.
