oh gosh I just read your post about Payless shoes!! From my experience, those shoes didn't work for me... my knees would even hurt!! I know they have cute and inexpensive shoes (soo tempting) but I had to cut myself off.

My pant size and weight don't really correlate like I wish... I have lots o junk in the trunk, and I'm short (5'2"). That said: Currently, I wear a 10 or a 12 and I weigh 126 pounds. Back in the day when I wore an 8, I weighed 110-115. I wore size 14 when I weighed 138.

I'd eat one of the suggested 'healthy' cereals in the morning, and keep your 'special' cereal for dessert!! YUM! Just try not to make it a daily dessert :) oh, and make sure to measure it! It's really easy to accidentally have 1.5 cups instead of 3/4 cup or whatever the serving size is

I would try some interval training too! Do you wear a HR monitor? Try working out really hard for 1minute, then medium for 2 minutes, and back to hard for 1 minute, etc. I'd also mix up the length of time you work out. For instance, work out 60 minutes 3 X week, and through in one 45 minute stint in the middle of the week.
