Thats awesome well done. I've been able to reduce the amount Glicazide I take by 75% but I'm still on 2000mg of Metformin a day. One day I hope to be pill free like you! Congrats again.

Thanks, I think it could be an IT band issue as I have found an area above the knee that hurts when pressed. Going to do some massage of that area and see if it improves.
