hey friendss...

somebody pointed out today and trust me i felt bad... he told me u have a huge butt.... really?? i always thought i have a good butt... is it huge.????

    this is called 'button pushing' ... someone figured out what thing means a lot to you, something about which you're very sensitive. and they are now using that to push your button ... you can 'pull the plug' on this behavior by letting it roll of your back and laughing it off. i know it's hurtful, but if you react with pain or doubt about yourself, they will feel rewarded for pushing that button. and will do it again. and again.

    don't deny your feelings, share them and process them. but not in front of the *kitten* who said that. they knew it wasn't true when they said it. but they knew that it would get under your skin, so they said it anyway. just don't give them that reward ... xo

    As for the whole "I feel so bad" why? Self confidence is the sexiest thing alive and if one comment about a huge butt is enough to destroy yours then perhaps you should re-evaluate you inner dialogue...just sayin'.

    I have a huge butt personally...not rapper GF big but definately got some junk in my trunk and I love it...

    ETA: and I am doing weighted squats to make it bigger...:drinker: :smokin: :drinker:
