I have not been keeping track since doing Trim Healthy Mama because you aren't supposed too. Also a lot of the recipes aren't in MFP so it's too much work to add them in.

Easy snacks Greek yogurt, sweetener, berries, whip up a smoothie (super fast!), baked blue corn chips are on plan, so you can have those with dip or salsa. Veggies an ranch, whip up a batch of muffins on the weekend to have all week.

I have it and love it! You absolutely do not need any special foods to be successful. The key to loosing is not eating carbs at the same time. I was unsure too, but I tried it before even buying the book and began to loose. I read snippets from the book on Amazon and I was sold. The recipes are so good, so easy! Check out…

I didnt think about that. I will have to look into body fat. I have been measuring myself, but somehow sering the pounds drop is more rewarding. Lol

Thanks :) I am loosing weight, but I am so tired of the fat lol. I am gaining muscle in my arms and thighs but they are still so flabby. I want to be toned but not all muscly looking.

I could try to add a little more here and there, but generally I am full at what I have.

No I am loosing weight, but I am deficient sometimes 300 calories on a 1200-1400 calorie diet. I have read that it is unhealthy to be so low on calories. Even the MFP app tells me I am starving myself, lol.

Well I gave week 1 of Ripped in 30 a try and it was a nice change of pace.

I'm looking for something short so I can make sure I have time. It would be nice to have something fun and something that fudt try hard really fast lol.

I started out with 2 lbs, then on Day 5 switched to 5 lbs for most. Just started Level 2 yesterday and am doing mostly 5 still. I can't imagine moving up to 10. Who knows though.

Hi! I am on day 7 of level 1. I am loving doing the workout and I see results already. I was working out a few days a week before this. I am on week three of changing the way I eat. It is good to see so many others doing it too!

Thanks everyone! I am excited to hear how everyone is loving 30DS! I just finished Day 3 and I can already see results. I was working out with Fitness Blender for a couple of weeks before, but I swear the 30DS is really kicking my butt even more. I can officially fit into a jean skirt I haven't been able to wear in 5 yrs!!
