What to Do WIth 30DS?

I am on day 6 of 30 Day Shred. I would like to add in more exercise as I really want to loose weight. I need to loose 50 lbs. I have changed my diet and am eating less and more healthy, but I want to make sure I loose the weight. What would be good to add on to 30DS? It doesnt have to be daily, and I am not looking for anything long. Thanks!

The key to losing weight is eating at a deficit. You said you have that covered. So you're on the right track.
Be patient. Weight loss takes time. Doing more exercise does not necessary equal losing more weight.0 -
run or jog too it burns calories fast and helps you get in shape0

I used to do a bit of BanishFatBoostMetabolism as a warm-up to 30DayShredd or some more abs work at the end. You could add anything to it (before or after), just make sure you eat enough for the exercising you do.0
