What to Do WIth 30DS?

I am on day 6 of 30 Day Shred. I would like to add in more exercise as I really want to loose weight. I need to loose 50 lbs. I have changed my diet and am eating less and more healthy, but I want to make sure I loose the weight. What would be good to add on to 30DS? It doesnt have to be daily, and I am not looking for anything long. Thanks!
