I'm noticing the same trend when I do my weigh ins.

Also, in my opinion, WW is super scale focused. Whenever I hit a plateau, I felt like a loser at the meetings. It made me take what the scale said, way too seriously and I would discount all of my efforts and changes I had made. Eventually, I quit and went back to old habits. I personally don't need, or want, to give the…

I have been in and out of WW for years. I never had much success with it and found the cost to be ridiculous for what I ever got out of it. In February I made the decision to live a healthier life and chose to join a gym and be more committed to using MFP. I've lost 13 lbs and I'm getting great workouts in, which is…

OP, own wheat you've got. Love your body and get to where YOU are happy, whether it's the weight you're at or a few pounds down. Don't worry about fads or what strangers here on MFP think. Best wishes!!

21 lbs is a big loss, no matter how much more you need to lose. You look happy and healthier! And you are glowing too. Thanks for the inspiration!

I also use skinnytaste.com as a great resource for healthy family dinners. Tonight I'm making the Santa Fe turkey stuffed peppers. Tomorrow we are having Crockpot honey sesame chicken over jasmine rice.

You look awesome!

That's a big difference. Great job!

Last week my cheat meal was a Gouda burger grilled at home. I'm skipping my cheat meal this week since I hit a plateau. Next week it will be Chinese take out!

I tried slim fast, but it got boring and I never stuck with it past losing the first 10 pounds.

I completely agree with this article!! I read one similar to that when I was expecting my daughter, so I have been careful not to comment on other people's appearances or say I'm working out because I want to lose weight. I tell my kids I work out because I like how it makes me feel and I like to take care of myself. Im…

I also wish the gym childcare was open in the early afternoon, since my 3 year old has outgrown naps. It would be super convenient, since I work in the morning sometimes and after school we are busy with homework and dinner stuff.

Yes, I count my fruits.

1 cheat meal a week, and I log it. That way I can make sure I don't blow my weekly calorie deficit. I Think cheat days are a bad idea, unless it's Thanskgiving or Christmas.
