For me it was being in the hospital for a week with blood clots in my leg and having my doctor tell me that if I didn't come in when I did I probably would have loss my leg or potentially my life. That was in 2014 and now two years later I'm 125 lbs down and ran in three 5k races, 10k, and now weight lifting
