Congratulations. Great job!

You've done this before and you can do it again, this time better! PS: When you are down, just stop thinking and Act! Yes.. too much thinking and less action doesn't do anything. Putting in the effort is what counts. Results will come!! They just can't hide!!

May be your body got rid of a little water weight it was carrying. I read somewhere that water weight can fluctuate from 4 to 8 lbs.

Congrats on making the decision. 20 kg in 5 months is a big goal and it might no be healthy. Aim for 3 kilos a month. (May be 3.5). The reason I say this is because it's important to set the expectations right. And the life style change you will go through for this (food and exercise) has to be sustainable. Wish you all…

I like making Veg Fried Rice with Cauliflower Rice. Tasty, low carb, high in fiber and low cal. Takes like 20 minutes, but tastes amazing. Add Indian spices like Corriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, pinch of Garam Masala, pinch of pepper and add ghee at the end. Yumm!!! Looks like this when done!

Congratulations. That's a big achievement.

I'm not sure if you're already doing this, but taking a break is important. I agree with one of the comments above, that if you just eat more than your daily intake when you hit a plateau, scale starts dropping again. I'm speaking from personal experience. If you're already doing this, may be get an RMR to see if your…

I started 10 days ago which opened newly and I love it so far. I felt like I'm gonna faint the first class. It was all fine from the second class. What I love the most is there is no "suck it up!!" attitude there. Everyone pushes themselves as much as they can and the trainers are always happy to help.

Look for Indian Cuisines for the Vegetables of your choice on YouTube. You might need to get a few ingredients from an Indian Store if you haven't cooked Indian food before. But, there's no other cuisine in the world that has as many different ways of cooking vegetables as Indian.

Tolerance and perception levels of people are going down. Instead of celebrating our differences we tend to be defensive. As long as people genuinely believe that all are equal, irrespective of race, religion, region and don't FORCE our ideology on others, we are fine. The moment people try to force our beliefs on others,…
