WOW...your results are great! Congratulation, it looks like you reversed your T2. I follow KETO but I was not able to do it very hard core. I find it difficult to have so much fat but it works for the most part. Generally, keto helps with my glucose numbers but I am afraid the doctor will put me back on Victoza because the…

Thanks a lot. I am also trying to keep my diet under control/keto and I stopped Victoza/did not start Jiardiance... I am upset to see the progression of diabetes. It's much more difficult now to keep my sugar under control that it was 5 years ago...

Sweets, I understand your frustration. One way is to keep your way of eating separately. Another way is to get him into eating clean. Even if he does not have T2D...eating all fried foods will damage his health too. Good luck!

....glad to share and hear personal stories. It is helpful. I was diagnosed in my late 30s with T2 and changed my medication a few times already. My lesson is: keep going, be positive, diabetes is very hard to handle but it is in own control unlike other horrible medical conditions. good luck!

Jill, You are T1. So your medical regimen is different than the one for T2. Diet and fitness will help a great deal. For the dawn effect - high sugar glucose in the morning - consult your doctor to see if you need adjustments. good luck.
