Hi all! I really fell off the wagon in February. I had a great time with this in January, and look forward to being serious about it in March. My new starting weight should be updated to 264.5. I am back to tracking, and taking care of myself!

Daily Post January 7 Track - Yes (although I forgot to put in dinner until today) Calories - Under Exercise - Yes, I was able to go ride for 70 minutes. Goal - To complete my diary the day of, I get most things entered, but sometimes don't get dinner entered until the follow day.
