I was told to eat something high in protein before bed to help keep your metabolism on high throughout the night, so I eat cottage cheese with peaches for the sweet.

I just started Herballife protein shakes and got it in cookies and cream flavor. It is REALLY good but REALLY $$$! I also got there green tea, which it suppose to increase your metabolism. So far I am enjoying the easy meals that I don't hav to put any thought into.

Have you tried your local Library? Sometimes they have DVD's you can check out or magazines. They might have some workout DVD's or magizines with different exercises.

Dang. I was feeling so good about 300 calories in 30min! I:frown: guess if it sounds to good to be true, it probably isn't.

Not an expert here just going off what has worked for me in the past. When I was pregnant I had to take a stool softner daily, water and fiber didn;t cut it for me. I hear a lot of people talk about probiotics or maybe Dannon yogurt?

I would say from a weight loss perspective too much sugar is worse. But for long term overall health too much salt is worse.
