You know when you have extra cash to go buy a new shirt or something and when you get to the store you can't find anything you want/like, but when your flat broke you see all these cute things you would love to buy but can't?! Diets are like this too, when you're on one you see all the food you shouldn't eat!!

Night shift worker here for the last two years. I now weigh more than ever and blame it on working nights , ok maybe not the only reason but it's a huge part. I also have two little kids, one that goes to speech therapy 2x a week which is an two hour drive round trip, and I'm going back to school.

May I suggest kettle bells. I have a 10 and 15lb. I YouTube different exercises but its a total body workout and its quick and effective.

More protein and cardio is what I have been told. Just started protein shakes hope it works.
