You could try Da Vinci gourmet Sugar free Coffee syrups they come in a variety of flavors to enjoy. They also have sugar free or fat free coffee creams. I use to just dump regular cream and sugar in but I'm now in the habit of measuring, plsu I have found fun flavors!

I look through consignment shops, thrift stores and good will. I have found many good find, but you have to be willing to go digging!

When I was on Depo I gain a ton of weight and nothing I did would make it come off. Decided an IUD was a better route for me. And finally after being off it for six month saw results.

That is/ was one of my issues. Now when they are done eating - I quickly dump what they don't eat. Cause I know it will go in my mouth if I don't.

Next time you are in the grocery store, go to the dairy section pick up that pound of butter and really look at it, then look at you and see what you have lost. Sometime you just need to see what you have lost. Good job, this isn't an easy road!
