Hey everyone,

Today is my 80th day in a row!!!!

SInce Feb 10th of this year I've lost 43lbs! MFP has been a real revelation in my life and the app is really addictive.

Sorry I've not got any pic's to show but... if you add 43lbs to my profile pic you'll see where I was!

Dropped 5 jeans sizes and XL t-shirts look a little baggy!

I'm not celebrating the last 80 days but looking forward to the next 80 days!

    I was quite lucky(?) I had smaller clothes collecting dust waiting for me!


    The icing on the cake (Sorry to talk about cake) was fitting into my favourite jeans and fitting into the Skid Row tee I'm wearing in my profile photo.

    Great feeling that getting back into the old clothes and feeling stronger.

    Manaqged to not touch the 'stuff' the whole 80 days though!
