Helps hold me accountable..gives me a goal to shoot for with ..everbody says they want to get in shape but WHEN???? I say in time for my Haunted Hoquiam race and then again for the Jingle bell run ......then you got St Paddys day race... I could go on and on :)

I had mine on Aug 5th. I am sooo happy I did it. I lost 130 pounds over a year and a half and knew from the very begining I would be geting one done. It took all the excess skin away. No exercise in the world would ever do that. I also had the girls put back where they belong too no implants though to much work for those…

Rant away!!!!! I'll be doing that soon I'm sure...I'm scheduled for tummy tuck on 8/5/11.... That is my biggest fear no exercise...I am a runner ....I LOVE RUNNING...To think I can't do it for awhile is soo depressing. I hope you are recovering well and get to move soon.. Take care :flowerforyou:

It's ignorance...They probably have no idea how many calories they are consuming maybe next time you should tell em let choke on the tid bit of info :) Chin up you did great!!! I'm not as well behaved as you I would of told em the facts... :)

I eat breakfast and lunch at work I start at 5 am... breakfast is usually cold cereal or instant oatmeal with fruit snack is yogurt with handful of almonds inside lunch is always salad w/ chicken or turkey and cliff barr just before I go home so I have energy to workout

Baby steps... master one thing at a time and it will come together...One bad meal won't undo all the good....just try to focus on at least one completly good meal a day then shoot for 2 a day....and then the whole day....pretty soon it will be a habit..you can do it...just by reahing out for help you have takin a huge step…

If you really wanna keep up the shred buy a couple bottles of water when you arrive and use those as weights...then drink em...2 birds 1 stone....good luck!!!

20 min worth every min of work too... I'm on day 6 and can see definition in my tummy. Believe me havn't seen that since well.....never!. I won't lie its tough especially the first 3 days... I love it.....
