i use one intermittenly. But did for a while in the beginning consistently until i got a handle on portions, then didnt for a long time, now I am kinda sporadic lol! lost 121 pounds

I started at a whopping 412 lbs lol down about 120, got about 120 to go. Its neverending, but so worth it!

I have lost over 120 pounds i never go below 1500 calories. EVER. I eat what I want and manage the portions. :) Feel free to friend me!

Yes. Heres the thing. Ive lost 122 pounds and I must confess....I DONT MEASURE ANYTHING>>>>(hiding in the corner waiting for someone to shout that its impossible to lose un less you measure and weigh everything) But Move more eat less...works for me

Never weigh on carpet :) it will distort your actual weight.

I knew I was losing weight when my knees quit hurting. I knew I was losing weight when I started seeing muscle definition I NEVER had before. I knew I was really losing weight when I discovered I had wrist bones!
