anything less than 1200 calories a day will put your body into starvation mode....Not ever healthy just my $0.02

i meant only water and nothing else.....basically i was off all artificial sweeteners and caffeine for like 3 months and now am hooked again....only coffee, haven't had a soda in months.....i just figured it would be good to detox this way.....

being close to the expected calories shouldn't be much of a problem. I eat subway all the time and get the 6inch oven roasted chicken on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and the fat free sweet onion sauce..... all the toping add such a minimal amount of calories....Obviously it's not great for you because it's…

Just want to thank everyone who responded to my question. And as a Mental Health Associate and Nursing student i'm also around people with weight and psych issues. I guess it just bothers me that insurance is paying for these surgeries and the real reason for the obesity is not being addressed. And by no means am i judging…

i eat back half of my exercise calories and that seems to work for me

find something that doesn't feel like exercise. For me it's riding my bike, i just put on my ipod and before i know it i'm 20 miles away with 1500 calories burned. "working out" at a gym is like torture to me.

Weight should not be taken daily. Once per week after using the restroom and before eating anything, and i'm the same outfit or in nothing at all (being serious).

i quit last year and although i did gain weight in the end the weight can be taken off but you can't replace your body.....

good luck.....my bp was also high (138/95) as well and after 3 months i checked it yesterday and it was 128/84...so this is working :)

i'm starting the lean next week, just waiting to get paid friday so i can buy some free weights

i just changed mine from 2 to 1.5 and it's much easier for me having the extra calories

great job....i also love to hike and get out every chance i can. Finding a way to exercise and have fun is what its all about. I plan on thru-hiking the AT with my son in 7 years when he gets out of high school
