I'm 5'3 and 120. I have gotten down to 112 but 120 seems to be where my body likes to be and I've learned to be okay with that

I'm 39 years old, 5'3 119 pounds. At my lowest, I got to 112 but I think that was too small for me and I've been maintaining for about 2 years in the 117-121 range. My body won't get back to 112 without drastically cutting calories and I am a much happier person eating a decent amount of food and staying in this range!

Feel free to add me too. 5'2 122 pounds.. My lowest was 112 but had to take 4 months off of working out because of a health issue so the weight crept back on.. Trying to get back to the 115 range but it's harder this time.

My new box of White Chocolate Raspberry ones taste slightly different to me - but the cookie dough ones taste the same.

I like the St. Tropez sunless tanners...I think I have tried every brand known to man

I am super pale and freckled..and currently recovering from surgery to remove melanoma. ..that totally changed the way I feel about how pale I am. I will now embrace it and be thankful my cancer was caught early

I try and stick to the dining room for the major meals - serving sizes aren't too big..and I try to avoid the fruity alcoholic drinks by the pool or limit them to one a day. Besides that just enjoy! You can get back on track when you get home.

I like the cookies and cream.. I microwave it for a bit first (makes it creamier) and add a little chocolate syrup and I really like it...

I've been on it for 2 years and I have lost weight. I think the meds themselves don't cause weight gain but can cause increased hunger. So for me it was managing my meals and eating frequently to keep hunger away.

5'3 114 pounds. I eat anywhere from 1,300 to 1,800 calories per day depending on the day. I've maintained this weight now for about 5 months. I work out at least 4 days a week - either HIIT workouts or weight training

Veev Acai with some diet ginger ale and a lime...

I went through this and ended up having an Endoscopy and other tests and all came back normal. He put me on the Fodmap diet which I did for a while - started adding more foods back one at a time and discovered it was the spinach I was eating multiple times a day that was killing me.. Now I can eat everything else but the…

I did not take a picture but I had my cheat meal last night...Grilked chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon, fries and 3 mini martinis...Kind of backfired when I woke up in the middle of the night to throw up :( I eat really healthy 95% of the time so that has been my issue trying to do a cheat meal. .body doesn't seem to…

Thank you! I appreciate the input

Just want to say thank you! My husband's life was saved due to a living kidney donor. I love seeing people who are willing to do this for someone else and their families.

I want so badly to eat yogurt... but the smell alone makes me almost throw up :(

I'm 5'3 - original goal weight was 125 but I'm down to 113 so trying to maintain now

I think you need more protein and more balanced meals. I get that shaky feeling if I don't include a proper balance of protein/carbs/healthy fats in each meal.
-
Wild Chips - Red Quinoa and Chia Tortilla - those are my favorite. I get them at Sam's Club - low in sodium but very tasty. -

I eat peanut butter basically every single day. I like the JIF whipped or the Peanut Butter and Company Cinnamon Swirl Peanut butter... soo good!
-
I actually just bought the chocolate peanut butter flavor and am trying it tonight.. Can't wait - ice cream is my weakness so a whole pint for 150 calories almost seems too good to be true!

This absolutely will happen to me as well if my meals are not balanced properly. For example, if I just had a bowl of oatmeal or cereal for breakfast, I would get shaky and sick feeling an hour or two later. Now I make sure if I have oatmeal I add some nuts or eggs on the side. Definitely make sure you incorporate a…

Yogurt!

Same with me - I cannot have traditional oatmeal for breakfast. A half our later I get starving and get the shakes. I still love it so I eat it at night for my dessert. I don't have issue with steel cut oats - I think it has to do with the glycemic index.
-
Same here - Just did a workout and it doesn't seem to be syncing.

They are absolutely worth it to me - I like (in order) White Chocolate Raspberry, Cookie Dough, S'mores and Cookies and Cream. They are the only bars out there that fill me up like a meal - but I do limit myself to one every other day or one a day max because of the cost.
