I'm glad you caught yourself! I adore chocolate and have had to give it up. I even had a dream the other night about eating chocolate LOL I told my boyfriend and he laughed! But, the good thing is you're gaining so much now! BTW: I think we need to invent some fat free, low cal chocolate! We'd make millions :)

I do that with those dissolving teeth whitening strips. I put them in and don't want to mess up how nice my teeth look and feel afterwards :)

I actually just did my 1st day today. And it's a fast paced 28 minute workout! You do not have downtime (which is great!) and Jillian just keeps you moving. I'm beat and sweaty after just day one but I am looking forward to day two to see if it gets easier for me :)

I tend to use different workout DVD's at home. I also have a balance ball but don't use it much. I'd like to find a DVD with exercises for that as well! I actually just bought 30 Day Shred as well. I also have one of the Biggest Loser workout DVD's and if that is any indication I'm sure I will be working my butt off because Jillian Michaels is pretty hardcore on those.
